Role Overview

We are looking for a

Faculty & Mentor - Strategy & Growth

to join our core team. This is a full-time, on-site role in Bangalore. You will be responsible for teaching core strategy concepts, guiding entrepreneurs on building clear roadmaps, and mentoring them through execution.

This role is not just classroom teaching--it's about shaping founders, helping them build real businesses, and pushing them to achieve clarity and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Teach & Facilitate:

Deliver high-impact sessions on startup strategy, business models, go-to-market planning, and growth roadmaps.

Mentor Participants:

Guide founders and students in building their own startup roadmaps, identifying pivots, and validating business ideas.

Curriculum Development:

Design engaging and practical course material, case studies, and real-world assignments.

Hands-on Support:

Provide one-on-one mentorship during afternoon project hours to ensure participants apply learnings to their startups.

Collaborate:

Work closely with other Faculty & Mentors (Finance, Marketing, Tech, Sales, Operations, R&D) to deliver an integrated learning experience.

Contribute to Demo Day:

Help participants prepare investor-ready pitch decks, strategy docs, and growth presentations.

What We're Looking For

3+ years experience in

startup leadership, consulting, or business strategy roles

. Experience as a

founder, startup operator, consultant, or MBA faculty with practical exposure

. Strong understanding of

lean startup principles, market research, and growth models

. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Passion for mentoring and building the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Pay: ?75,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
