Job Summary:

The Faculty Member is responsible for delivering effective classroom and lab sessions, evaluating student performance, and supporting their academic and professional growth in line with the institute's standards and curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures, lab sessions, and revisions strictly as per the approved syllabus. Maintain daily attendance and report absentees to the HOD and SEM. Conduct weekly assessments and assist in exams, evaluations, and result preparation. Provide remedial classes and individual guidance to students as needed. Maintain professional conduct and foster a positive learning environment. Coordinate with the Assessment and Academic teams for continuous student progress tracking. Support academic administration, student admissions, and parent meetings. Ensure proper maintenance of classrooms, labs, and teaching materials. Participate in institutional programs, events, and improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

B.Tech Degree or Diploma in electronics and relevant qualification in the teaching subject area. Strong communication and presentation skills. Good classroom management and student engagement ability. Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and continuous learning.
