Position Overview

We are seeking passionate and qualified faculty to teach and develop courses in one or more of the following areas:

Behavioral Health & Psychology Health Systems & Policy Ayurveda, Yoga & Integrative Medicine Functional Medicine Motivational Interviewing & Coaching Health Informatics Trauma-Informed Care Capstone/Thesis Supervision

Openings exist across undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., DBH, PhD in Psychology, BAMS, MD (Ayurveda), PhD in Yoga, MPH, DPT, MBBS with integrative interest) Prior teaching experience preferred (online or in-person) English proficiency (spoken and written) Passion for progressive, student-centered learning Familiarity with holistic health models or willingness to learn

Preferred but Not Required

Experience with online teaching platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Google Classroom) Familiarity with ACE/NCCRS-style curriculum International academic exposure or Western teaching style Publication or clinical experience in behavioral health or integrative care

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, clear, and supportive instruction Grade assignments, provide feedback, and assist students Optionally contribute to curriculum development (AI-assisted) Participate in program meetings and academic planning
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
