Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced faculty member to join our Mechatronics Engineering department. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic and research background in Mechatronics/Electronics Engineering with a keen interest and exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI). The faculty member will be responsible for teaching, mentoring students, guiding research projects, and contributing to departmental development.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

Ph.D. in Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering (Preferred).
M.Tech in Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering with an outstanding academic and research profile may also be considered.

Experience:

Minimum 8 years of teaching and/or industry experience in relevant domains.

Desired Expertise:

Strong fundamentals in Mechatronics, Control Systems, Robotics, Embedded Systems, and Industrial Automation. Research and application experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning related to Mechatronics. Hands-on experience with simulation tools, microcontrollers, and real-time systems. Proven track record of publications in reputed journals/conferences. Experience in curriculum development and academic administration will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality instruction at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level. Mentor and guide students in academic projects and research. Engage in scholarly research activities and publish in reputed journals. Contribute to curriculum design and innovation. Collaborate with industry and academic peers for projects, grants, and workshops. Participate in departmental and institutional activities including accreditations and quality initiatives.
