About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated NEET/JEE School Teachers for Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology to join our partner school located in Salem, Tamil Nadu. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic instruction to students from Grades 8 to 12, with a focus on competitive exam preparation for NEET and JEE.


This is a full-time, residential role that requires relocation to the school campus. Suitable accommodation and one-time daily meals will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver in-depth and concept-oriented classes aligned with NEET/JEE curriculum.


Prepare lesson plans, conduct regular assessments, and monitor student performance.


Design and review test papers, practice worksheets, and academic materials.


Identify student learning gaps and provide individualized support where required.


Maintain academic discipline and mentor students in both classroom and residential settings.


Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow faculty members to ensure effective academic delivery.


Participate in parent-teacher meetings and share regular student progress reports.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject (B.Sc./M.Sc., B.Ed. preferred).


2 to 10 years of proven teaching experience in NEET/JEE coaching or school teaching for Grades 8-12.


Deep understanding of competitive exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation strategies.


Strong classroom management and communication skills.


Passion for teaching and mentoring students for long-term academic success.


Willingness to relocate and reside on the school campus.
