Key Responsibilities

Conduct classroom and practical training sessions in Logistics, Supply Chain & Warehouse Management. Prepare lesson plans, training content, presentations, and assessment materials. Explain key concepts: inventory management, procurement, transportation, distribution, export-import, Incoterms, customs, 3PL/4PL, warehouse operations, documentation, etc. Support students with academic queries and projects. Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations. Coordinate with academic and placement teams for interviews, certification, and documentation. Maintain training records, attendance, and progress sheets. Participate in curriculum improvement and industry-aligned updates. Stay updated on logistics industry trends, technology, and best practices. Conduct industrial seminars/workshops/exposure visits (if required). Support admission-related academic demonstrations when required.

Key Skills & Knowledge

Strong knowledge of: Logistics & Supply Chain Warehouse Operations Inventory Management Freight, Distribution & Transportation Import/Export Documentation & Procedures Incoterms & Customs Regulations 3PL/4PL Services Good communication & presentation skills. Ability to deliver training effectively to students. Practical/industry exposure preferred.

Qualification

Diploma / Degree / PG in: Logistics & Supply Chain International Business Mechanical / Production Operations Management Or related fields Certifications in logistics/warehousing preferred.

Experience

1-5 years( Faculty )
Industry experience in logistics or warehousing is an added advantage .

Salary

As per industry standards (range can be added if required).

Academic Head / Center Manager

Smart, energetic, student-friendly, and professional. Willingness to learn new tools, ERP, WMS concepts etc. Basic computer skills: MS Office, email handling, documentation.
