Degree in Hotel Management (or equivalent recognized qualification).
Minimum Experience:
1-2 years of relevant experience in either teaching or the hospitality industry is required.
Key Responsibilities
Theory Instruction:
Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures on core hotel management theory subjects (Food & Beverage Service Theory, Food & Beverage Production).
Curriculum Management:
Prepare lesson plans, update course materials, and ensure the curriculum meets industry standards and institutional requirements.
Student Assessment:
Conduct and grade quizzes, exams, assignments, and presentations to effectively evaluate student learning and progress.
Mentorship:
Guide and mentor students on career paths, industry best practices, and overall professional development.
Academic Support:
Participate in faculty meetings, student counseling, and co-curricular activities of the institute.
Requirements
A strong academic background in Hotel Management.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate complex industry concepts into easily understandable theoretical lessons.
