The Faculty - Computer Applications will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate Computer Application courses, mentoring students, and contributing to academic and institutional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures in subjects such as Programming in C/C++, Java, Python, Data Structures, Database Management Systems (DBMS), Operating Systems, Web Technologies, and Software Engineering.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, lab manuals, and academic content as per the prescribed curriculum.
Conduct practical sessions, internal assessments, examinations, and evaluations.
Guide students in academic projects, assignments, seminars, and presentations.
Provide academic counselling, mentoring, and career guidance to students.
Participate in curriculum development, academic meetings, workshops, and accreditation activities.
Encourage research, certifications, and continuous professional development.
Qualification & Skills
MCA / M.Sc. (Computer Science / IT) / BCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science) / MBA (IT).
Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience in Computer Application subjects at college or coaching level.
Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude can also apply.
Proficiency in programming languages and hands-on experience with lab-oriented teaching.
Ability to plan and deliver engaging lectures with effective classroom and lab management skills.
Good communication, mentoring, and student guidance skills.
