The Faculty - Accounting will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate Commerce courses, mentoring students, and contributing to academic and institutional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures in subjects such as Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Taxation, Business Law, Economics, and Auditing.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and academic content as per curriculum.
Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and evaluations.
Guide students in academic projects, assignments, and presentations.
Provide academic counselling and mentoring.
Participate in curriculum development, academic meetings, and accreditation activities.
Encourage research, publications, and professional development.
Qualification & Skills
M.com / B.com / MBA (fin.& marketing).
Minimum 1+ years of teaching experience in Commerce subjects at college or coaching level.
Freshers can also apply.
Ability to plan and deliver engaging lectures with effective classroom management skills.
Good communication, mentoring, and student guidance skills.
