Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver effective lectures in the following subjects: Human Resource Management Organizational Behavior Talent Acquisition & Retention Training & Development Performance Management Industrial Relations & Labour Laws Principles of Management Guide and evaluate: Summer Internship Reports Training Reports Research Projects, Surveys, and Viva Voce Mentor students in academic, professional, and career development. Develop, update, and maintain course content, assessments, and teaching materials in alignment with the curriculum. Assist in organizing academic events, workshops, guest lectures, and industry interaction programs. Participate actively in departmental and institutional activities, including

NAAC/AICTE documentation and accreditation processes

. Contribute to research, publications, and academic development initiatives.
Qualifications

Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent) in

Human Resource Management

from a recognized university. Ph.D. preferred or currently pursuing. UGC-NET qualification preferred (where applicable). Strong academic background with excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in modern teaching methodologies and digital/blended learning tools.
Desired Skills
