Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic

Faculty Member

to train and mentor students in

Health, Safety, Environment (HSE)

and

Oil & Gas Engineering

disciplines. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, hands-on industry experience, and a passion for teaching and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive lectures and training sessions in the following areas: Fire & Safety QA/QC (Quality Assurance & Quality Control) Welding Technology NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Techniques Piping and Pipeline Engineering Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on oil & gas operations, industrial safety, and inspection methodologies. Design, administer, and evaluate assessments to measure student learning outcomes and technical competence. Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to students to enhance their employability and industry readiness. Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and course content in alignment with current industry standards and best practices. Support student placement initiatives by leveraging industry contacts and guiding students in professional grooming.

Qualification:

B.Tech or Diploma in

Mechanical

Petroleum

,

Oil & Gas

, or a related engineering discipline with NEBOSH will be an added advantage

Experience:

Industrial experience in

Safety

Oil & Gas

,

Refinery

,

Inspection

, or related fields is preferred. Prior

teaching or training experience

will be an added advantage.

Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal and mentoring abilities. Proficiency in using modern teaching aids and digital platforms.
