Job Description

As a Graphic Design Faculty member, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of design by delivering high-quality instruction to students enrolled in our graphic design programs. You will have the opportunity to inspire and mentor the next generation of designers while contributing to the advancement of the field through your teaching, research, and creative work.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach courses in graphic design at various levels, covering topics such as typography, layout design, branding, digital illustration, and design theory. Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to explore their creativity, develop their technical skills, and push the boundaries of design. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students on their projects, helping them to refine their ideas, develop their design solutions, and achieve their learning objectives. Collaborate with other faculty members and departmental staff to continuously improve the quality of the graphic design programs and ensure alignment with industry standards. Participate in departmental meetings, faculty committees, and other institutional initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

A Diploma, Degree or master's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven experience working as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work and technical skills. Teaching experience in the same industry is an add on.

Candidates with relevant professional experience and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply

. Proficiency with graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Knowledge in Photography is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
