Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate

Trainer

with expertise in

Python programming, Full Stack Development, and Data Analytics

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering structured training sessions, mentoring students/professionals, designing curriculum, and ensuring participants gain practical, job-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on:

Python Programming

- Core & Advanced concepts, libraries (NumPy, Pandas, etc.).

Full Stack Development

- Frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular), Backend (Django/Flask/Node.js), Database (SQL/NoSQL), REST APIs.

Data Analytics

- Data wrangling, visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI/Tableau), exploratory data analysis, machine learning basics. Design and update training materials, hands-on projects, and assessments. Guide learners through coding challenges, projects, and real-world problem-solving. Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback and mentoring. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into the curriculum. Collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training with job market requirements. Support in organizing hackathons, workshops, and skill development programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong programming skills in

Python

and related libraries/frameworks. Hands-on expertise in

Frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular)

and

Backend (Django/Flask/Node.js)

technologies. Experience with

Database Management Systems

(MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Solid understanding of

Data Analytics, Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and ML basics

. Prior experience in

training/teaching/mentoring

(preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.

Pay: ₹9,212.95 - ₹35,834.12 per month
