Bhanwar Rathore Design Studio (BRDS) is a design and architecture coaching institute in India, founded in 2005, that provides training for entrance exams and professional courses. The institute is known for its high success rate in helping students get into top design colleges like NID, NIFT, and IIT-UCEED, and is managed by its founder, Dr. Bhanwar Rathore, and staffed by alumni from prestigious institutes like NIFT, NID, and IIT. BRDS offers a variety of services including entrance exam coaching, professional courses, portfolio preparation for international colleges, and children's art programs

Education- A bachelor's or master's degree in fine arts, applied art, graphic design, or a related field from a reputable institution. Responsibilities

The role of an art faculty at BRDS primarily involves guiding students through the rigorous preparation for entrance exams to top design and fine arts colleges.
Curriculum Delivery: Plan, develop, and deliver engaging lessons and curriculum related to art, design, and drawing fundamentals.
Exam Preparation: Prepare students for all stages of entrance exams such as NID DAT, NIFT GAT/CAT, IIT UCEED/CEED, and NATA, including the written tests, studio tests, situation tests, and personal interviews.
Student Mentorship: Supervise student group work, track individual performance, and provide constructive feedback to help them develop their skills and build a strong portfolio.
Practical Training: Instruct students in various art techniques, mediums (e.g., pencils, charcoal, paints, digital tools), and design principles, often through practical workshops and hands-on assignments.
Administration: Maintain records of student progress, attend faculty meetings, and assist with developing art programs or organizing student exhibitions.
