Job description:
Regular assessment of student progress and preparation of appropriate progress reports.
Ensure full compliance with statutory food hygiene, food safety legislation & health & safety codes of practice.
Contribute to the implementation & upkeep of Food Safety Management Systems & training to ensure the smooth running of the service.
Good communication skills with a pleasing personality
To ensure that all Health, Safety, & Hygiene procedures are followed and assist in the maintenance of high standards of Health & Safety throughout the college.
Demonstrating and training all food production related theory and practical lectures.
Should have the ability to coordinate with faculty members of the department.
Should be able to conduct classes through audio and visual methods.
