Position : BCA Faculty

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct lectures and tutorials for Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) students.

2. Develop and update course materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

3. Provide guidance and mentorship to students, fostering a positive learning environment.

4. Evaluate student performance through assessments, exams, and projects.

5. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant content into the curriculum.

6. Engage in research activities to contribute to the academic community.

7. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall quality of the BCA program.

8. Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and events related to computer applications.

9. Offer academic and career counseling to students when needed.

10. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum planning.

Qualifications:

1. Master's in Computer Science and NET qualified also

2. Strong expertise in programming languages, databases, and computer networks.

3. Previous teaching experience at the university or college level.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.

6. Passion for continuous learning and professional development.

7. Familiarity with current educational technology and tools.
