Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Food Production Faculty | Culinary Arts Instructor

to train, guide, inspire and mentor students in professional cookery . Whether you come from academics or industry, you'll be shaping the next generation of chefs to succeed in top hotels, cruise lines, airlines, and F&B brands worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Teach and train students in Indian, Continental, Pan-Asian, and Bakery & Patisserie.

Conduct practical kitchen labs, demonstrations, and engaging theory classes.

Mentor students for competitions, internships, and global placements.

Maintain hygiene, HACCP/FSSAI standards, and safety compliance in kitchen labs.

Introduce modern culinary trends & innovation in classes.

Collaborate with colleagues for events, food festivals, and workshops.

Qualifications

Essential: Bachelor's in Hotel Management / B.Sc. Hospitality & Hotel Administration with Food Production specialisation.

Preferred: Master's or Phd

Alternative Path: Senior chefs with 5-10 years' industry experience (hotels, cruise lines, restaurants) are welcome.

Certifications like FSSAI FoSTaC, HACCP, WorldChefs are a plus.
