Should know teaching methodologies, using a combination of theory and practical instruction. Should have experience in curriculum design, lesson outlines, and classroom presentations. Monitors and records student progress in courses. Administers tests to students; grades and gives feedback on exercises, homework assignments, and tests. Explains the dialysis procedure and operation of HD machine to students before treatment to alleviate fear He/She will also participate in curriculum reviews for improvement and changes in courses Makes continuous contacts in the assigned field to explain courses and curriculums taught at the Institute. Coordinates with the Center Manager and the Academy in charge to ensure students needs Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. They stay aware of the developments in the world of dialysis so that they may incorporate them into their studies and teachings In addition to working in college classrooms, dialysis instructors work in dialysis facilities in pan-India centers Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions Handle Students in a very efficient manner Job Specification: Preferably dialysis experience background Candidate should know Telugu Hindi and English. Preferably nursing or diploma in dialysis qualification.
