Acadmiac is looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic

Data Science Faculty

to deliver industry-relevant training in data analysis, statistics, and machine learning. The role involves classroom teaching, hands-on labs, and mentoring students to become data-driven professionals.

Responsibilities

Teach Data Science concepts, tools, and techniques Conduct practical sessions, labs, and real-world projects Train students in Python, SQL, and data analysis methods Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments Guide students in mini-projects and capstone projects Monitor and evaluate student performance Provide academic and career guidance Stay updated with latest data science trends and tools
Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field Strong knowledge of: Python (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib/Seaborn) SQL Statistics & data analysis Understanding of machine learning fundamentals Good communication and teaching skills
Preferred Qualifications

Teaching or corporate training experience Industry experience in data analytics or data science projects Knowledge of: Machine Learning algorithms Power BI / Tableau Big Data tools (Hadoop, Spark - added advantage) Relevant certifications - added advantage
