Cruise & Hospitality Faculty
to train students for global careers in the cruise line and hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Diploma & Certificate programs in
Cruise Operations, Hospitality Management, Guest Services, and Customer Relations
Conduct theoretical and practical sessions related to:
Cruise Ship Departments & Operations
Safety Procedures & Emergency Protocols
Housekeeping & Front Office
F&B Service & International Etiquette
Guest Handling & Onboard Service Standards
Design engaging lesson plans, assessments, and training modules
Prepare students for
interviews, cruise company selections, and real-world hospitality exposure
Maintain discipline, academic quality, and skill-based learning outcomes
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Cruise Management, or related field
2-5 years' experience on cruise ships or in hospitality industry
Teaching/training experience is an added advantage
Strong communication, personality development & grooming skills
Ability to conduct practical demos and soft skills sessions
Passion for mentoring young students aiming for international careers
