Hiring: - Faculty corporate Behavioural Excellence

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioural Skills Trainer located in Kozhikode. The Behavioural Skills Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions on life skills and soft skills. Daily tasks will include preparing training materials, conducting presentations, facilitating workshops, and providing one-on-one coaching. The role requires consistent assessment of trainee progress and adjustment of training methods to ensure effective learning outcomes. The trainer will also be involved in continuous improvement of training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications

Effective Presentation Skills and ability to conduct Training & Development sessions Proficiency in teaching Life Skills and Soft Skills Excellent Communication skills Relevant experience in training or educational environments Bachelor's degree in organisational Psychology, or a related field is preferred Good interpersonal and motivational skills
