Urgent Requirement of Faculty Chef Bakery for Hotel Management Institute

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery. Create and evaluate new recipes. Make sure every product satisfies quality requirements. Organize and supervise junior employees; keep the workspace tidy; keep an eye on inventories; and place supply orders. Verify adherence to hygienic and food safety regulations. Work together with other kitchen employees Control spending and create a budget. Make a range of baked products. Adorn cakes and pastries. Perform routine quality assurance inspections Respond to consumer questions and special orders Keep abreast on market developments. Use innovative baking methods Upkeep of tools and equipment Create and carry out seasonal menus Organize with vendors Make sure the baked goods are produced on schedule. Attend staff meetings and training courses.

Minimum Qualification Required:

Diploma or Graduation in Hotel Management.
