Chanakya Academy is seeking a committed and knowledgeable

Mathematics/Statistics Faculty

to teach Business Mathematics and Business Statistics to BBA 1st Year students. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to teach quantitative concepts in a simplified and practical manner.

Key Responsibilities

Teach

Business Mathematics

(Sem I) and

Business Statistics/Quantitative Techniques

(Sem II). Cover topics such as ratio & proportion, indices, matrices, LPP basics, probability, correlation, regression, and index numbers. Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and evaluation material. Conduct problem-solving sessions and guide students in developing quantitative aptitude. Maintain academic records, evaluate student performance, and support continuous improvement. Contribute to departmental activities, assessments, and curriculum enhancement.

Qualifications Required

M.Sc Mathematics

or

M.Sc Statistics

(M.Com with Quantitative Techniques specialization may be considered)

Skills & Competencies

Strong command over mathematical and statistical concepts Ability to explain numerical topics clearly and logically Good classroom management and student engagement skills Strong analytical and reasoning abilities Familiarity with MS Excel or statistical tools (added advantage)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
