Key Responsibilities

Teach

Business Management / Principles of Management

to BBA students. Deliver interactive classroom sessions covering planning, organizing, staffing, leadership, communication, and managerial functions. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments. Mentor students and support their academic and professional development. Participate in departmental activities, student events, and curriculum enhancement. Maintain academic records and evaluate student performance.

Qualifications Required

MBA

(Management / HR / General Management)

M.Com

with

specialization in Management

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of management principles and modern business practices Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to handle interactive and activity-based teaching Classroom management and student engagement abilities Familiarity with case studies, business examples, and real-world applications
