We are seeking an experienced and passionate Faculty member to teach Beauty, Hair, and Makeup to students at the International School of Design. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical instruction, guiding students in their learning, and helping them develop their skills in the field of beauty, hair, and makeup.

Key Responsibilities
:
1. Teach theoretical and practical classes in Beauty, Hair, and Makeup to students.
2. Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, assignments, and projects that cater to diverse learning styles.
3. Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of student progress.
4. Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in beauty, hair, and makeup.
5. Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate beauty, hair, and makeup with other design disciplines.
6. Participate in curriculum development, review, and revision to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
7. Mentor students, provide guidance, and support their academic and professional growth.
8. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment in the classroom and studios.
9. Participate in school /college/institute/other places events, exhibitions, and showcases to promote student work and the institution.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Cosmetology, Beauty, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Relevant teaching experience, preferably in a design or beauty institution.
3. Strong knowledge of beauty, hair, and makeup techniques, trends, and industry standards.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience with curriculum development and course design.
2. Familiarity with industry-standard software and equipment.
3. Strong organizational, time management, and lesson planning skills.
4. Ability to work with diverse students, faculty, and staff.
5. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring students.
