Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Management Faculty to join our team. You will deliver engaging sessions for BBA UGC Course, mentor students, and maintain high academic standards in our management and professional programs.

Key Responsibilities

Teach and facilitate courses in Business & Management (Leadership, HR, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, etc.)

Prepare lesson plans, case studies, and interactive learning materials

Guide students through projects, internships, and real-world problem-solving

Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback

Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning

Collaborate with industry experts and guest speakers to enrich learning

Job Purpose

To deliver high-quality instruction and academic support to undergraduate students enrolled in the BBA programs, contributing to curriculum development, academic research, and student mentoring, in alignment with the academic goals of the university.

Key Responsibilities Teaching & Instruction

Plan and deliver lectures, tutorials, and workshops in core and elective BBA subjects such as: Principles of Management Marketing Management Financial Accounting Business Economics Human Resource Management Business Communication Entrepreneurship Business Law Strategic Management Prepare course materials including syllabi, assignments, readings, and assessments. Evaluate student progress through examinations, assignments, presentations, and projects.

Curriculum Development

Participate in the review and development of the BBA curriculum in alignment with university standards and industry needs. Incorporate case studies, simulations, and experiential learning tools.

Research & Publications

Engage in academic research and contribute to journals, conferences, and seminars. Guide undergraduate students in research projects and fieldwork.

Student Mentoring

Offer academic advising and career counseling to students. Support students in internships, industry interactions, and placements.

Administrative Duties

Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and accreditation processes (NAAC, NBA, etc.). Assist in organizing seminars, guest lectures, and university events.

Qualifications & Experience Essential

Master's degree in Management / Business Administration (MBA or equivalent) from a recognized university. UGC-NET qualified (if applying to a UGC-affiliated institution). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

Ph.D. in Management or related field. Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate level. Industry experience relevant to the subjects taught.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent classroom management and instructional skills. Proficient in modern teaching methodologies and digital tools (LMS, PPTs, Google Classroom, Zoom/MS Teams). Strong analytical, organizational, and mentoring abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary academic environment.

Remuneration

As per qualifications and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400.00 - ?500.00 per hour
