The BBA Department is looking for a qualified and passionate faculty member to join its academic team. The ideal candidate must hold a

Master's degree in MBA

and an undergraduate degree in

BBA or equivalent

. A

minimum of 3 years of teaching or research experience

in higher education is required. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared

NET/SLET/KSET

, and those who are

pursuing or have completed a Ph.D.

in Management or related fields. The role demands a strong commitment to teaching excellence, student development, and academic contribution.

Key Responsibilities

:

Teach undergraduate courses in Business Administration, including core and elective subjects. Guide students in academic projects, internships, and career development. Contribute to curriculum planning, continuous improvement, and academic innovation. Participate in research, publication, and knowledge-building initiatives. Support department-level events, seminars, and outreach activities. Collaborate with faculty peers and administrative teams to achieve departmental goals.
