Diploma in Bakery
OR
Degree in Hotel Management
Minimum Experience:
1-2 years as a professional baker or trainer/faculty in a relevant institution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Practical Classes:
Teach students all hands-on skills for baking--from mixing dough and handling ingredients to mastering final decoration and presentation.
Cover All Areas:
Ensure students learn everything: breads, cakes, pastries, fancy desserts, and even chocolate work.
Demonstrate professional techniques clearly and correctly so students can copy the industry standard.
