Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate

Bakery & Patisserie Faculty/Trainer

to deliver high-quality practical and theoretical training to students enrolled in PBCA's professional bakery and patisserie programs. The role is ideal for a chef-educator who enjoys mentoring young talent and upholding industry standards in training.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct practical and theory sessions in bakery & patisserie arts Train students in breads, viennoiserie, cakes, pastries, chocolates, desserts, and plated desserts Demonstrate industry-standard techniques, hygiene, and kitchen discipline Plan lesson structures, recipes, and training schedules as per curriculum Evaluate student performance through practical assessments and feedback Mentor students for competitions, live events, workshops, and showcases Support academic events, industry collaborations, and media-led activities Ensure lab readiness, ingredient planning, and cost control where required

Eligibility & Experience

Degree/Diploma in Bakery & Patisserie / Hotel Management / Culinary Arts Minimum

3-6 years of hands-on industry experience

in hotels, bakeries, patisseries, or production kitchens Prior teaching or training experience is preferred (but not mandatory) Strong practical knowledge of modern baking and patisserie techniques Excellent communication and demonstration skills Passion for teaching, mentoring, and skill-based education

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
