:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Accounts Faculty to join our academic team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Tally, GST, and SAP (preferably SAP MM) modules, along with strong teaching and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive sessions for students in both online and offline modes. Teach core accounting concepts, Tally ERP, GST, and SAP MM modules effectively. Guide and mentor students throughout their course duration, ensuring clarity and practical understanding. Prepare and maintain structured lesson plans, assignments, and assessments. Streamline batch schedules and handle one-to-one training sessions when required. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Support students in developing job-oriented accounting skills. Coordinate with the academic team for continuous course improvement. Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (M.Com / B.Com preferred). Proven expertise in Tally, GST filing, and SAP MM. Minimum 1-3 years of teaching or training experience in accounting software. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to handle students effectively and motivate them toward success. Organized, patient, and passionate about teaching. Candidates based in Trivandrum are highly preferred.

Additional Advantages:

Experience in corporate or practical accounting. Exposure to industry-based projects or placement training. Knowledge of MS Excel and advanced accounting tools.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
