. The ideal candidates will be responsible for simplifying complex concepts for Kerala PSC and UPSC aspirants, creating high-quality content, and delivering engaging lectures that drive results.

1. Faculty for Geography

Focus:

Physical, Indian, and Kerala Geography (including Environment & Ecology).

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures covering the UPSC/PSC syllabus, with a heavy emphasis on

Map-based learning

. Develop high-quality study materials and "Short-cuts" for remembering Kerala's geographical features. Explain complex phenomena like Monsoon patterns, Climate Change, and Biomes in an easy-to-understand manner. Integrate current environmental issues (e.g., COP summits, National Park updates) into static Geography lessons.
2. Faculty for Current Affairs

Focus:

Daily News Analysis, Government Schemes, and International Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily/weekly Current Affairs sessions focusing on The Hindu, PIB, and Manoramanews. Curate Monthly Current Affairs Magazines or PDF "Capsules" for quick revision. Provide "Deep Dives" into Kerala-specific current events and state government schemes (K-DISC, Silverline, etc.). Help students build the "linkage" between current events and the static syllabus (History/Polity/Economics).
3. Faculty for General Science & Technology

Focus:

Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Space/Defense Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Simplify core Science concepts for non-science background students. Focus on

Applied Science

(Science in daily life), which is a high-yield area for PSC exams. Cover the latest advancements in Indian Space Programs (ISRO), Defense (DRDO), and Biotechnology. Prepare specialized modules for "Science & Tech" sections of the UPSC Mains and Kerala PSC Degree Level exams.
Shared Responsibilities for All Faculties

Question Bank Creation:

Design high-quality MCQs (for Prelims) and Descriptive Questions (for Mains).

Evaluation:

Correct and provide detailed feedback on student mock tests and answer writing assignments.

Mentorship:

Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide motivational support to aspirants.

Strategy:

Collaborate with the

Academic Planning Executive

to ensure the syllabus is covered as per the exam timeline.
Required Qualifications

Educational Background:

Post-graduation in the respective subject OR a candidate who has appeared for

UPSC/KAS Interview/Mains

.

Experience:

2+ years of teaching experience in the competitive exam sector is preferred.

Communication:

Medium of Instruction:

Bilingual (Malayalam + English).
Ability to use Digital Boards (Smart Boards) and online teaching tools effectively.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to decode the "trend" of recent PSC/UPSC question papers.
Selection Process

Demo Class:

A 15-minute presentation on a core topic.

Subject Matter Test:

Assessment of factual and analytical depth.

Interview:

Discussion on teaching methodology and commitment.
