Job Description

Factory Helper supports daily plant operations, assists skilled workers, and helps ensure production processes in the

biogas unit and sugarcane processing unit

run smoothly and safely. This is an entry-level role suitable for candidates with basic industrial work experience or willingness to learn plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in Plant Operations

Support routine plant work in biogas production and sugarcane processing areas. Help with handling feedstock (e.g., sugarcane, biomass) for biogas digesters and sugar extraction. Move materials and supplies to work areas as directed. Assist equipment operators and technicians in basic tasks.

2. Cleaning & Housekeeping

Keep work areas, floors, and surrounding plant spaces clean and free of waste. Clean machinery exteriors, tools, and equipment parts to assist maintenance efforts. Ensure proper disposal of scrap and waste as per safety rules.

3. Loading & Unloading

Load and unload raw materials, finished products, and intermediate feedstocks. Assist with shifting materials to storage or production zones. Follow instructions for stacking and storing safely.

4. Support Production Teams

Help measure, mix, and position feedstock for processing as needed. Assist with basic checks on equipment function under supervision. Support technicians during maintenance or cleaning tasks.

5. Health & Safety Compliance

Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as boots, gloves, helmets, and masks. Follow standard safety procedures and report hazards or incidents immediately. Assist in keeping work areas compliant with safety and hygiene standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
