Job Description

Role Overview:

Assemble, solder, and install electronic components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, etc.) on printed circuit boards and devices following detailed work instructions. Operate, monitor, and maintain automated production and assembly equipment. Install, align, and adjust parts using hand and power tools; adhere to cleanroom and ESD (electrostatic discharge) procedures as needed. Inspect and test assemblies and finished products, identifying and repairing defects according to quality standards. Record testing and inspection results, maintain accurate documentation, and package finished products. Report malfunctions and recommend improvements for productivity or quality.

Skills & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; training in electronics assembly is advantageous. Precision, excellent hand-eye coordination, and comfort with repetitive fine-motor tasks. Familiarity with safety protocols for electronics manufacturing environments.

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced, controlled environment (often cleanroom or ESD-safe). Standing or sitting for extended periods; use of safety gear as required. Teamwork and effective communication with supervisors and co-workers.
