Factory worker

Factory workers operate, maintain, and manage industrial machinery, ensuring efficient production. Responsibilities include assembling goods, quality checks, and adhering to safety protocols. Proficiency in equipment handling and keen attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain factory machinery and equipment as per guidelines Ensure the products meet quality standards by conducting regular inspections and tests Pack finished products into containers and label them correctly Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets Clean and maintain work area and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment Report any equipment malfunctions, product defects, or safety hazards to the supervisor Attend training sessions and follow instructions to improve productivity and efficiency

Requirements:

Physical fitness and manual dexterity to handle machinery and equipment Attention to detail to ensure quality control and product specifications are met Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines Basic math skills to measure and weigh materials accurately Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Good communication skills to work effectively within a team High school diploma or equivalent education level preferred
