We are leading Recruiter Firm in Kolkata and we have an urgent requirement Factory Supervisor for our client company Manufacturing Industry.

:

Position: Factory Supervisor

Education:- Graduate / HS

Responsibility:

Works closely with leadership team to measure the success of brand initiatives, in-store trends and market insights to drive growth

Deliver products on time according to the production schedule

Lead safety, quality and productivity actions in your own area
Lead and manage your own team to achieve production targets
12 hour shifts (Either 6 AM - 6 PM
Participate in logistic processes, optimization of material flows
Responsible for tactical factory logistics operations at Independence, including outbound shipment schedule adherence, inbound off loading and put away, and line supply
Accountable to deliver daily schedule adherence, logistics cost savings, customer service, and inventory accuracy at the Independence site
Implement process improvement through operational scorecards and WCM methods
Execute the product group and site level factory logistics strategy

Experience: 0 year - 1 year

Salary: 12k - 16k

Location: Howrah
