Responsibilities of candidate include:
Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
Can do task assignment to other team members
Manage schedules
Will have to work with senior officials to know targets and follow up with team members
Have to prepare daily reports
Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
