Factory Supervisor

:

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the factory, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, maintenance, and quality control to ensure smooth workflow
- Train and supervise factory staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and production procedures
- Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for improving productivity and reducing costs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Factory Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, fabrication processes, and mechanical systems
- Proficient in operating forklifts, hand tools, and power tools
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
