Responsibilities :
Supervise daily production activities and workforce.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and work allocation of staff.
Maintain machinery, tools, and workplace safety.
Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams.
Maintain daily production and material usage records.
Ensure timely reporting of issues and resolve operational problems.
Support management in improving productivity and efficiency.
