Job Summary:

The Factory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. This role involves managing a team of production workers, coordinating schedules, maintaining equipment efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations and workforce activities. Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve output and quality targets. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations. Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams to prevent downtime. Train, coach, and evaluate team members to improve skills and productivity. Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory, and workforce attendance. Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency. Communicate effectively with management, logistics, and quality control teams. Address operational issues promptly to minimize disruption and maintain workflow.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's or ITI degree in Mechanical Engeneering

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality systems. Ability to read technical drawings and production plans. Proficiency in MS Office and production management software . Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
