Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supervisor to oversee operations within a specific department at our factory. The role is hands on and you will be required to understand the raw material . This role is crucial in ensuring that production targets are met, records are maintained accurately. You will be responsible for helping to grow and develop the team and supporting the Factory Manager in executing operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the assigned department, ensuring production goals are achieved.Handle/Supervise labour involved in the department, deal with contractors .Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and quality control processes.

Collaborate with supervisors of other departments to ensure efficient work flow and communication.Support the Factory Manager with planning and executing operational strategies.

The ideal candidate will have

: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong record-keeping skills Ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions..Basic Proficiency in MS Office

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
