We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Factory Supervisor

to oversee daily operations in our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe working environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Production Management

Oversee daily production schedules and ensure timely completion of manufacturing targets. Allocate tasks and resources efficiently to maximize productivity. Monitor workflow and make real-time adjustments to maintain efficiency.

2. Staff Supervision

Lead, train, and supervise factory workers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor performance, provide feedback, and assist in staff development.

3. Quality Control

Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications. Identify and report any deviations in quality and implement corrective actions promptly.

4. Health & Safety

Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Promote a culture of health and safety awareness among employees.

5. Inventory & Equipment

Monitor use of raw materials and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess.

6. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production output, staff performance, and operational issues.
