Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all sweet production activities on the factory floor.
Ensure recipes, ingredients, and production processes are followed accurately.
Monitor quality control throughout preparation, cooking, and packaging.
Assign duties to production workers and monitor performance and output.
Ensure timely production to meet daily targets and order deadlines.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the production area.
Track raw material usage, minimize waste, and report inventory needs.
Provide on-the-job training to new staff and enforce operational standards.
Communicate with procurement and dispatch teams to coordinate stock and deliveries.
Maintain logs of production, wastage, and equipment usage.
