Supervise daily factory operations and production activities
Implement and maintain 5S / Kaizen practices
Handle audits and maintain plant & machinery documents
Manage shop-floor labour and shift activities
Ensure safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
Requirements:
Experience in plastic granules manufacturing
Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and audit documentation
Good labour handling skills
