Godai Arts is looking for a responsible and proactive Factory Supervisor to manage daily operations, ensure smooth execution, and maintain timely production with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, monitor, and manage production timelines and execution
Supervise factory staff and coordinate workflows efficiently
Ensure quality control across all stages of production
Use computers and digital tools for reporting, tracking, and coordination
Coordinate with design, dispatch, and installation teams
Identify and resolve operational issues proactively
Requirements
Prior experience in factory or production supervision (preferred)
Strong time management and execution skills
Tech-savvy with basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, tracking tools)
Good communication and team-handling abilities
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
