Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily manufacturing processes of Uria, lubricants, and coolant products. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are consistently met. Allocate tasks to line workers and technicians as per shift plans. Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with stores for replenishment. Ensure adherence to quality control procedures at every stage of production. Work closely with the QA/QC team to identify and resolve defects or deviations. Maintain accurate production and inspection records for audit purposes. Supervise and train production workers, technicians, and helpers. Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and wear PPE. Address employee issues, absenteeism, and coordinate shift schedules. Monitor plant equipment and coordinate with maintenance for repairs or preventive maintenance. Ensure safe working conditions and immediate response to safety incidents or hazards. Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings as required. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. Report downtimes, deviations, and incidents to the Plant Manager. Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and QA/QC teams for smooth operations

Qualification

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred). 3-7 years of supervisory experience in a chemical, lubricant, or manufacturing plant. Knowledge of production equipment used in Uria, coolant, and lubricant processing. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiar with safety standards (e.g., HSE, OSHA) and quality systems (e.g., ISO).
