Ferroart Interiors Pvt Ltd, a leading interior design and furniture manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee our production operations. As a Factory Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving growth in our furniture manufacturing factory.

Machines Used:

- CNC machines

- Edge banding machines

- Other woodworking machinery

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage production staff to ensure efficient production processes and meet project deadlines

- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for furniture production

- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintained in the factory

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, and implement corrective actions

- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure seamless execution of projects

- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency

- Conduct regular factory floor inspections to ensure compliance with company standards

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery (CNC, edge banding, etc.)

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Familiarity with interior design and furniture manufacturing industry is a plus
