Cloud Dhobi is a fast-growing laundry and dry-cleaning brand based in Noida, managing daily customer orders with a strong focus on quality, hygiene, and timely delivery. We are looking for a proactive and responsible Factory

upervisor who can lead daily operations at our processing unit.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day production at the laundry plant - from intake to washing, dry cleaning, steam ironing, quality check, and dispatch.
The ideal candidate is disciplined, understands operational flow, and is comfortable managing workers and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations Management

Oversee the full garment lifecycle: sorting ? washing ? dry cleaning ? steam pressing ? QC ? packing ? dispatch Ensure all orders are processed within timelines and delivered to dispatch on time Manage shift schedules, workload planning, and daily production targets

Team & Floor Supervision

Supervise washers, ironers, helpers, and support staff on the floor Ensure discipline, attendance, and accountability within the production team Train team members on process, quality, and hygiene standards

Quality & Process Control

Ensure correct spotting, stain removal, machine settings, and fabric-care protocols Conduct final QC checks before dispatch Maintain hygiene, safety, and organized workflow across the factory

Stock & Machine Management

Monitor daily chemical usage, consumables, and inventory Coordinate machine maintenance with vendors/technicians Keep daily logs of production, machine status, and downtime

Reporting & Coordination

Coordinate with CRM team for priority orders, special instructions, or customer notes Share daily production reports and updates with management Flag and handle issues like damage cases, rewash, delays, or missing items

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in laundry/dry cleaning production or similar operational management roles Strong team-handling skills Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple orders Knowledge of washing/dry cleaning machines is a plus Basic computer/WhatsApp reporting skills Problem-solving mindset and sense of ownership

Pay: ₹11,802.26 - ₹40,000.00 per month
