Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Textile Factory Supervisor to oversee daily textile production activities. The role includes supervising workers, maintaining quality standards, ensuring timely production, and managing fabric, cutting, stitching, or finishing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily factory operations Manage workers in cutting, stitching, dyeing, finishing, or packing sections Ensure production targets are achieved on time Maintain fabric quality and minimize defects Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance Ensure safety, cleanliness, and factory discipline Maintain production, attendance, and quality reports Reduce material wastage and control costs Coordinate with management and quality control teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-3 years' experience in a manufacturing company Ability to handle workers and resolve production issues Good communication and leadership skills
