Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Factory Supervisor

to oversee daily production and fabrication activities in our automobile component manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of fabrication processes, production planning, and manpower management, ensuring smooth and efficient factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day fabrication and production activities on the shop floor. Ensure production targets, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met. Plan and allocate work to operators, welders, fitters, and other shop floor staff. Monitor material availability and coordinate with the store and purchase departments. Implement safety, housekeeping, and quality control procedures. Review and maintain production reports and ensure machine/equipment maintenance. Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and quality issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or a related field. 3-7 years of experience in fabrication and production supervision, preferably in the automobile or heavy fabrication industry. Good understanding of fabrication drawings, welding, cutting, and assembly processes. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Working knowledge of MS Office and basic production reporting tools. Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
