Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Team Management: Manage and lead factory staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Quality Control: Ensure that manufacturing processes and products meet quality standards and comply with company policies.
• Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on production performance, operational issues, and other relevant metrics to management.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Proactive with a focus on improving operational efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
